Our Retrofit Assessment fees vary depending on the size and type of your property. We provide a clear, fixed quote before any work begins — with no hidden charges. Contact us today and we’ll give you a transparent breakdown of costs for your specific property.

A Retrofit Assessment is a detailed survey of your home carried out by a qualified Retrofit Assessor. We look at your insulation levels, heating system, ventilation, airtightness, and overall energy efficiency to produce a full report recommending the most effective improvements for your property.

Yes. We work with private landlords and housing providers to bring properties up to the required EPC standard. Our team can carry out the assessment, coordinate the works, and provide the updated EPC certificate on completion — making the whole process straightforward for you.

We offer a full end-to-end service including Retrofit Assessments, Retrofit Coordination, Retrofit Installation (loft insulation, wall insulation, boiler upgrades), Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), and Airtightness Testing. Whether you need one service or all of them, we can tailor a package to suit your needs.

Timescales depend on the scope of works required. A standard Retrofit Assessment typically takes 1–2 hours on site, with the report issued within a  days. Installation works are planned around your schedule, and our Retrofit Coordinator will manage the entire project timeline for you.
